Yes I am indeed a transexual, post op, which means I have undergone FULL SEX CHANGE ( gender reassignment) from male to female.

for the avoidance of doubt, I am now as female as medical science can get me.

I know some can't handle that, but NOT offended .. i can cope with all the comments and jokes.

Well I'll be honest and say I had no bloody idea lol. Even went back and had a look at the pic you posted with the dog on another thread, and still wouldn't have picked it. Suddenly the threads make alot more sense.

I wondered a while back and asked a friend straight out. Doesn't phase me in the slightest; take people how I find them, not based on life choices. Surgery just changed the outward appearance, didn't change the person inside.

FFS - facial feminisation surgery and GRS - gender reassignment surgery, both complex and costly.... DID IT ALL FOR ME!

Damn. Skilled surgeons can only do so much; obviously this is the way nature intended it always to be.

indeed, these skilled surgeons can only do SO much.... lucky they have be able to work this much for me.. yes only so much can be done...1 or 2 more options, but long term, and medical science still on the case

The body after all is simply the casing for our true self. It is our heart and soul who make us who we are. As a woman or a man I think you would be a very straight forward soul who doesn't have a hint of malice in them, and that quite frankly is all that matters to me.
